A Sacred Return to the Heart of Who You Are

What becomes possible when you give yourself permission to step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with the deepest parts of yourself?

The Heartist Journey is an intimate, three-day experiential workshop devoted to self-discovery, creative expression, connection, and awakening the love and wisdom that already live within you.

This is an invitation to slow down, explore your inner world, release what no longer serves you, and create space for a deeper relationship with yourself.

Through art, meditation, reflection, sacred practices, and meaningful connection with others, you will be guided through experiences designed to invite greater awareness, compassion, freedom, and trust in your own inner knowing.

You do not need to be an artist. You do not need any previous experience with meditation or spiritual practices.

Simply arrive with an open heart and a willingness to explore.

What You’ll Experience

Throughout our three days together, we’ll explore a beautiful combination of creative and reflective practices, including:

• Connecting with the Creator — Cultivating stillness, presence, and a deeper connection with the divine within.
• Intuitive Art Creation — Expressing your inner world through painting on canvas, without expectations or artistic rules.
• Meditation and Sound Healing — Creating space for relaxation, reflection, and inner awareness.
• Journaling and Self-Inquiry — Exploring the thoughts, emotions, and insights that arise throughout your journey.
• Release and Forgiveness Practices — Gently exploring what you may be ready to release.
• Cacao Ceremony — An intentional experience centered on presence, gratitude, and connection.
• Partner and Group Experiences — Opportunities for meaningful connection, sharing, and discovery.
• Closing Initiation Ceremony — Honoring your experience and the intentions you wish to carry forward.

A Journey for Everyone

The Heartist Journey welcomes both men and women, regardless of artistic experience or where they are on their personal or spiritual journey.

This is not about creating a perfect painting or becoming someone new.

It’s about making space to remember, explore, and express who you already are.

Each person brings their own story, perspective, and energy to the experience. Together, we create an environment of compassion, authenticity, creativity, and connection.
