Creativity is a Cathartic Release

All you need is an open heart and an intention for your piece. We begin each class with a collective meditation, which sparks an interconnected flow of creativity that draws your intention from your heart through your fingertips, and onto your canvas. At the completion of each class, we bless each piece of art through another group meditation.

I am not sure which part of Stacie and Eric’s workshop was the most exhilarating. Between the soothing sound healing meditations, the extraordinary relaxing Connecting with the Creator sessions and the transformative intuitive painting, I am most in awe of the beautiful people who were attracted to and committed to playing ALL IN at this experience.
