Hi, I’m Stacie Sholer, and I have a heartfelt passion for helping individuals on their individual journeys of self-discovery. I am a spiritual mentor, reiki master, shaman, and the creator of “The Heartist Journey” — a creative methodology that helps you get in touch with your heart through art and other various creative outlets. Through all that I do, I seek to show people how to cultivate more alignment, acceptance, love, and abundance in their lives.
Since retiring from my corporate career in 2021, I’ve devoted myself to helping others discover and live their purpose. With 28 years of experience studying EQ, field of human potential and spirituality, I integrate healing modalities and creative practices to guide my clients, whom I fondly refer to as heartists, toward inner love and harmony.
I believe in the power of creativity to foster a deep connection with the self, leading to greater self-acceptance and self-love. I also believe the love we each crave outside of the self starts from within. My approach is rooted in nurturing, heart-centered principles to help my heartists on their individual journeys toward fulfillment through spiritual mentorship, private and group classes and workshops.
My own spiritual journey began in 2001, where I began to obtain the goals I set for myself by discovering and changing something internally first. After recovering from a tragic back accident in 2021, I dove even further into self-discovery work and set out to create a way that gives others the tools to transform their own lives. Thus, “The Heartist Journey” was born. The accident also inspired me to write my first book, “Harmonious Life,” and create Catching Snowflakes, a fundraiser supporting the Bob Bové Neuroscience Institute at HonorHealth.
I continue to invest in my spirituality, expanding the reach of all of classes, workshops and other services that I offer. I reside in Phoenix, Arizona, with my loving and supportive husband, Eric, my snuggly fur baby, Max and two of my “bonus” kids. I am currently deepening my spirituality and on the journey of obtaining my Spiritual Doctorate in Entura Art at Delphi University.

This training allowed me to deepen my understanding of the difference between leading and managing people. It helped me to understand how important it is to lead in a way that I was willing to do whatever I asked others to do for me, the team, our clients and our business. It deepened my passion for people and walk the talk “PEOPLE, PROCESS, TECHNOLOGY”.
The results of my continued investment of walking the talk of all that I learned was year over year 30% profit margins for over 20 years I was an owner of my company, all while having the highest employee retention rate and employee compensation across the organization, which included more than 25 territories throughout the United States.

Shaman
2013-2014
This training had a HUGE impact on my spiritual journey. I had a big realization around this time frame where I was no longer interested in going to a “life coach” as I felt like every session with my coach I was on a “hamster wheel”, talking about the same shit a different day.
The awareness was there, though we had gone beyond healing anything to just talking about it. When I went through my shaman training it brought me different ways to heal the pain and triggers I had inside through nature, breathwork and fire ceremonies.
It brought me a deeper understanding and acceptance of me. It brought me depthIt brought me depth, self-love and connection to my soul, mother nature, my lineage and ancestors.

PAX Workshops
2013-2017
This learning path was pivotal for my understanding of me and my needs. I had never really considered my needs and how important they were until I began the journey of learning the teachings of Alison Armstrong.
Her workshops, books and training all built upon one another in deepening my clarity of what I truly want and need to be happy. I became acutely aware of the importance of investing in this, moment by moment, in my life. It also helped me to understand men and how they think, along with how women and men differ from each other so much.
It helped me discover so many blind spots I was so unaware of, how many deep seeded wounds I had inside of me, which reflected in the way I viewed myself and others. It helped me to experience all my relationships with myself, men and women differently. In the ways that I communicate with them and interact.
This changed my experiences with all I interact with in romantic relationships, family, friends, business, etc. It helped me to truly see what it means to be in partnership versus a relationship and the depth of both. This helped me to get very clear on who I want to be in partnership with, who I want to be in a relationship with, and the how both hold very different yet important roles in my life.

Soul Collage Facilitator
2016
This was so symbolic of my transition out of corporate America. I first had learned of this modality when I went on my first solo trip and first trip ever to Italy. This was an “Eat, Pray, Love” sort of trip that was life changing.
I had just retired from being a business owner in corporate America and one of the therapists who was facilitating this retreat in Italy had sent this as a homework item before we left on our trip, to all the women who were attending this who attended from all over the world. None of us knew each other though we were about to go on a major soul-seeking and life-changing journey together.
I was so moved and drawn to this modality we were introduced to that when I returned home from Europe, I sought out a facilitator of Soul Collage. I found a quaint studio in Prescott that even offered an Air BnB that I would be sharing with a stranger. That wasn’t odd to me as I had just experienced the same while in Italy on the retreat. My re-intro to Soul Collage in Prescott turned out to be much different than I thought. I thought I signed up for a class though it turned out to be facilitator training! It was so incredibly eye opening to me. It was a training that not only did I get certified, I met amazing humans from all over the U.S.
This modality brought me a deepening of intimacy with other humans that when I met them were complete strangers. It brought me a deeper understanding of myself and connection to my channel, which some refer to as inner guidance or intuition. It connected me more deeply to the creator within, not just spiritually, though in an artistic way. The creating of the cards, the sharing about us individually and with each other, and experiencing reading together was so profound.

Reiki Master Certification

This modality brought me so much peace and love inside. When I chose to take the path of becoming a Reiki Master, it was never about offering this as a typical Reiki service that most offer. It was to help me raise my vibration in a time where I was operating in deep fear of the unknown. This paved the path for me to step into being courageous in living a purpose driven life that was completely unknown and unseen. It brought me patience, love, and a feeling of safety and compassion.

PSI Seminars
These programs changed my life in HUGE WAYS! I experienced being a student in a variety of ways, as a first-time student in each class and then through the unique opportunity of volunteering 20 or more times in the course of 5 years. Each volunteer opportunity brought me the experience of being a student all over again.
Through the PSI courses, I got to see me through every exercise and volunteer opportunity. It brought me a deep understanding of how I was showing up in my world, how I viewed my world and others in it. It shined a light on how I was being, and how that is exactly what I created in my life. I had heard the phrase “Thoughts become things” many times in my life though I really deepened my understanding of this as I continued my journey with PSI, “To Think is to Create” really became ingrained in me.
PSI seminars was my first encounter of a seminar that could have 100’s of people in the course and each of us were having our own experience, an experience of ourselves. It brought my leadership of self and others to a new level which only enhanced all of my previous trainings. It brought me a HUGE community of thousands of people that support each other in living the life of their dreams, that genuinely want to see each other live their best life.
One of my favorite experiences was playing and coaching a game called PLD (Pacesetter Leadership Dynamics). This 90 day game helped me to really value myself and others on a deeper level. It helped me understand and embody commitment and partnership with self and others on a new level, a level in which when times get tough it was no longer an option for me to walk away. Instead, I learned to stay and be with those times, through all times, to move through them to get to the other side. In my willingness to go there with myself, I then coached others to grow through those times, the uncomfortable times, so that they could experience the GOLD that was something better than they could ever dream possible.

Gateway Healing Practitioner
2020-2021
I was very drawn to Katie, as her presence emanates pure love and peace. After I had my first Gateway healing session with Katie, I signed up for her practitioner training class. I was so drawn to her beingness, the way I felt when I was around her, the way she genuinely cares for all humanity, and I wanted to deepen my learning from her.
I took all three of her Gateway Healing and courses, and some of them multiple times. These courses and experiences brought me a deeper connection to me and my connection to my spirituality through the form of breath work. I felt vibrations throughout my body that I had never experienced before.
Taking these courses also brought me into a large spiritual community of thousands that Katie has grown through her courses, all stemming from the sincere way she carries herself in this human experience. This meant I had access to another large community of souls that support each other in living a beautiful life as well.

2020-Current
This has been a game changer in my life. During the time I studied with PSI, I became more and more aware of how I felt in my body. PSI helped me in setting BIG goals and doing whatever it took to achieve them. As much as goals are essential in building self-esteem, I grew to understand that there was more that I wanted though that desire was deeper than a goal.
Over the journey of my growth, immersing myself in PSI teachings and implementing those learnings into my life, I had reached a new awareness of myself. I had come to the point where I reached goal after goal – though I would receive only a temporary high after I would reach them. As this became more magnified in my awareness, I had this deep desire and draw to humans who I felt a certain beingness (energy) when I was in their presence.
Angela Ferrari was one of those humans who I met and instantly I felt sincerity with her, a sense of calm, peace and deep love. I felt this with her without many words being spoken. She embodied this and I wanted to understand more because I wanted to experience and become this within me on a deep cellular level.
On the journey of working with Angela over the years, I have grown in my beingness in ways that are indescribable. Though I will say the way I felt and operated before I met her, I now know was mostly in fear and uncertainty of who I was. I used to hide what some would say are lower emotions from me and the world. Before I met her, I operated mostly in the higher emotions – though they were a very high high, and I wasn’t wanting to fully experience the low lows. If I did, I kept them hidden and would seclude myself. Now I fully courageously go into every emotion that I have until I am willing to accept and love them, and I mean ALL of my emotions.
This work has deepened my courageous heart to go into those hidden places that are within me and grow in love and acceptance with them. Some hidden spaces take longer than others, though what this work has brought me is a deep willingness to love and accept me on the deepest cellular level that I am willing to go, moment by moment. And there is ALWAYS more love to give and receive. “New level, new devil”.

This modality brought me more healing techniques that really resonate with me. It compliments all the beingness that I have been working on with Angela Ferrari.
Soul Prayers is a very powerful yet nurturing healing modality that heals so very deeply. It brought me, and continues to deepen, my connection to my channel.
Soul Prayers is mutually life bringing to me and those who receive it. It raises the areas that each person needs healing and may not even be aware of. Each soul prayer session is so very different. The client who receives Soul Prayer simply needs to relax, stay present and let the creator drive the vehicle.
This practice has brought me more clear direction in expanding my spirituality. Connecting with the creator brought me the confidence and courage to bring different mechanisms to the world to help people deepen their connection to themselves, and bring their unique gifts to the world to share with others.

I always refer to Delphi as the bow tie that brought, and continues to bring, all my previous trainings and spiritual experiences together.
Delphi has deepened my footprint of spiritual community to an international level of support and continued connection with each other. It brought me expansion in love and acceptance of self and others. I have healed the even deeper blind spots that I had not healed, yet those areas that held me back from the deepened relationships that I had always dreamt of.
Every time I go there, all of this I am referencing has deepened even further my journey INTO me. This translates to sharing with all of those I love in my life, including my clients. It has brought me a deepened understanding of what life meant before I was born into this world, and what it means long after I am no longer here.
Not only does Delphi further my education, it has taught me how to BE, how to embody what I have learned while I live in this beautiful world
