Group Class (4 hours)
A transformative mixed media class where your canvas becomes a manifestation of your soul’s desires. This journey is more than art — it’s a vehicle for self-discovery and connection with others. Through a free-flowing format, you’ll be guided to explore or remember different aspects of yourself in a welcoming space that encourages vulnerability, fun, joy, and even tears.
All you need is an open heart and an intention for your piece. We begin each class with a collective meditation, which sparks an interconnected flow of creativity that draws your intention from your heart through your fingertips, and onto your canvas. At the completion of each class, we bless each piece of art through another group meditation.

“When I was first invited to the Art From the Heart Painting Class I was hesitant. I’m not an artist and I had never really painted before. I also didn’t consider myself to be the creative type either. I decided to go anyway thinking it would at least be fun and something different to do. I am so glad that I went! Stacie was wonderful with her encouragement, guidance, and was so helpful throughout the entire class. She also does a meditation during the class that was so peaceful and relaxing. “My experience at Connecting with the Creator group session was an amazing one!! Right out the gate, I was having visions and saw spirits coming through. It’s certainly a time to go inward and seek whatever it is you want and/or need. I was graced with many downloads and visuals that are still coming to fruition in my reality. I had no idea what those downloads and visuals were and trusted I would be guided in my daily life to make sense of them. It’s happening now!!! I am not sure which part of Stacie and Eric’s workshop was the most exhilarating. Between the soothing sound healing meditations, the extraordinary relaxing Connecting with the Creator sessions and the transformative intuitive painting, I am most in awe of the beautiful people who were attracted to and committed to playing ALL IN at this experience. The opportunity to dream, visualize and create new realities was infinite through all the experiences they provided. Their environment is as welcoming and lovely as they are; it was easy to meld in despite me only knowing Stacie. I now feel like family with all who attended. Stacie and Eric are the epitome of a healthy, loving partnership and an inspirational joy to witness. Being an avid “retreater” and a facilitator, I am extremely discerning about where I invest my time and financial resources. This experience is, by far, worth both and I would do it again. I was able to lean into my intention of letting go and let others own their responsibility and let me flow in. I did exactly that. I surrendered to every aspect of this and am still reaping the rewards. Being a Coach, Trainer, real estate professional, Koya teacher, artist, an overall multifaceted human being, I have learned that consistent rejuvenation is essential. “I’ve been working on myself for the past five years. It started with a personal growth class. Stacie was one of my coaches in a 90 day goal making class. Outside of that work, I started to take art classes with her which were super healing for me. It went beyond to a collective meditation class in which I drew my name for her to do a drawing for me.
